We offer tracked and insured shipping for all our orders. Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.

1. Custom-made products

Custom -made products (e.g., personalized pergolas, equipment designed according to customer specifications) are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt .

• Include a description of the problem and supporting photos.

• We will assess the situation and offer you an appropriate solution (repair, replacement or partial/full refund as appropriate).

2. Standard / non-customized products

Non-personalized products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered in error.

• A full refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
